DK terminal blocks that do not require installation of protective covers can increase installation efficiency by 20%. Each terminal’s internal conductor remains fully enclosed, significantly enhancing safety and reducing the risk of electric shock due to improper use. As a manufacturer, JINH offers custom protective covers for DK terminal blocks, such as transparent covers or covers in different colors.

The PA66 plastic housing prevents accidental contact with live parts.

Wires are neatly terminated in a logical order, making troubleshooting easy.

The JINH DK terminal block clamping mechanisms ensure a stable, low-resistance connection that won't loosen over time (if properly installed).

The modular design means the panel can be easily modified or expanded in the future.

As a manufacturer, JINH provides this reliable DK standard functionality at a competitive price point.
Yes.We made a lot of customized products for our customer before. And we made many moulds for our customers already.
About customized packing,we can put your Logo or other info on the packing. It is no problem.
1.Access the Clamp: You insert an appropriate screwdriver into the screw head on the front of the terminal block.
2.Loosen: Turn the screw counter-clockwise to open the clamping plate and create a space for the wire.
3.Insert Wire: Insert the prepared (stripped) solid or stranded wire (often with a ferrule) into the wire entry hole.
4.Tighten: Turn the screw clockwise. This action drives the screw, which pushes a metal clamping plate down onto the conductor.
The wire is pressed firmly against the current-carrying metal bar (usually made of copper alloy) inside the block, creating a low-resistance, secure electrical connection. The force of the screw also provides excellent vibration resistance.
We have a guarantee of one year.
