How to properly use wire connectors?

Except for IDC wire connectors, all other wire connectors require stripping approximately 10mm/0.39 inches of insulation from the wires before connecting them.

1.Spring wire connectors:Press and hold the button, insert the stripped wire, and then release the button to complete the connection.

2.Quick wire connectors:Lift the lever, insert the stripped wire, lower the lever, and the connection is complete.

3.Plug wire connectors:The operation method is the same as with a quick wire connector; if you need to disconnect the power, simply unplug the plug wire connector.

4.Push-in wire connectors:Insert the stripped wire directly into the push-in wire connector until you hear a “click” sound, confirming that it is fully inserted.

5.IDC wire connectors:This wire connector allows for wire connections without stripping the wires. Open the connector, place the wires to be connected inside, close the cover, and gently press the cover with crimping pliers so that the internal blades cut through the wire insulation. On the other side, lift the lever, insert the stripped wire into the connector, close the lever, and the connection is complete.
