PTFIX Terminal Block is a modular wiring terminal block that can be infinitely extended, offering various installation modes to choose from. This significantly enhances installation flexibility.
Quick QuoteExplore the features and benefits of JINH PTFIX Push-in Terminal Block to discover how our PTFIX terminal blocks meet your wiring needs.
The JINH PTFIX terminal blocks (also known as spring-loaded terminal blocks, push-in terminal blocks, or screwless terminal blocks) are electrical accessories used for circuit connection, distribution, and transfer. Their core internal connection technology is direct-insert/spring-loaded wiring, housed within an insulated protective enclosure.
You can think of it as a “transportation hub” that safely and conveniently distributes a single main line from a power source or signal source to multiple branch circuits.

During installation, simply secure the PTFIX terminal blocks to the adapter, then snap the adapter onto the DIN rail. To prevent the block from slipping, ensure the side with the bottom lock faces downward during installation.

During installation, secure the FIX module to its corresponding adapter footplate, then easily snap it onto the DIN rail. It is recommended to use two snap-on footplates for each individual module; when implementing a multi-module configuration, the number of footplates can be reduced.

The JINH PTFIX terminal blocks contain a precision spring blade internally. When wiring, simply insert a solid conductor or a flexible conductor with tubular terminals directly into the wiring hole. The internal spring blade will automatically lock the conductor in place, providing stable and reliable contact pressure. To remove the conductor, insert a small tool (typically a flathead screwdriver) into the adjacent release hole to depress the spring, allowing the conductor to be easily pulled out.

PTFIX terminal blocks eliminate the time spent tightening and loosening screws, enabling wiring speeds over 60% faster than traditional methods. Installation requires only a wire stripper, with a small screwdriver needed only for disassembly.

The constant pressure provided by PTFIX terminal block springs compensates for wire deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction or vibration, maintaining stable contact pressure and eliminating the risk of screw loosening. They are particularly suitable for vibrating environments.

PTFIX terminal blocks eliminate the need for screwdriver clearance, making wiring easier in confined electrical enclosures or control cabinets.

Fingers do not come into contact with live parts, reducing the risk of electric shock. Once the wire is fully inserted, the live metal components are deeply concealed, enhancing safety.

PTFIX terminal blocks enable rapid installation, significantly reducing labor hours and costs. They also facilitate easy maintenance and wiring modifications.
1.Prepare the wire: Strip approximately 10-12mm of insulation. (Critical: Must use hard wire meeting specifications or soft wire fitted with tubular terminals)
2.Direct insertion: Without any tools, insert the bare wire straight into the terminal hole until resistance is felt and it cannot be pulled out.
3.Check: Gently tug the wire to confirm it is securely clamped.
4.Removal: Insert a small flathead screwdriver into the adjacent release hole while pulling the wire out.
1.Rail Mounting: The most common method, easily snaps onto standard 35mm DIN rails.
2.Screw Mounting: Directly secures to the backplate using screws through the mounting holes on the enclosure.
We offer gray, blue, and orange options. For bulk orders, we also provide customization services.
1.Specific wire requirements apply, typically suitable only for solid wires or flexible wires fitted with tubular terminals.
2.The initial investment cost is generally slightly higher than traditional screw terminal blocks.
3.Not suitable for applications requiring frequent insertion and removal of high-current connections.
